Winter storage options

Got a brother just west of Denver, Co. who needs a place to store his K1200GT for the winter. Prefer to be able to plug into electricity to keep the batt on tender but batt could be removed if no power available.

Do dealerships store motors for a price per month,

What's some of his options others may suggest.

Thanks in advance

Since dealers in Canada have winter storage, I would expect American dealers would do so as well. Why not call a few dealer's and ask? :dunno

Public storage facilities are always an option. Most seem to have a basic outlet. I still recommend chain or cable the wheel together for anti theft protection.

The ones around here usually don't have electricity.

Yep, no light.

Out here there are elevators you can drive a car in :brow

Alternative to an outlet, a marine style deep cycle will do it (for most batteries). Some of the fancy batteries don’t even care…..unless there is some sort of gizmo added.
