"We asked online members" question

I see in a lot of the ON issues, towards the front, a section that is something to the effect of "we asked online members...". I think last year there was one regarding riding in the snow, etc.

Does anyone know where this "asked online" area might be?

I've looked around from time to time and haven't found it. I am sure it will be in a very obvious location once it is pointed out ;-)
