Trying this 900GTP out…

Cost

So just how much less did it cost to buy the Triumph verses the similar BMW? I looked at Triumph and found them to be more reasonable in price than BMW. St.

Hhmmmm…. Post #11 shows dry weights listed for both bikes, with a 43lb difference, which takes liquids out of the equation.

Best,
DeVern

Well, I removed only gas out of the weight for the BMW in an attempt to compare apples to apples. Didn’t think about the other fluids, so perhaps I was flawed in my adjustment.

More apples to oranges comparison from a BMW hater.

Gee I am missing something in this thread a LOT of people are saying great things about this Triumph bike. I want to know how much cheaper it is than a COMPARABLE BMW?

Apples to oranges?? One adventure bike versus another? Apple to oranges would be my comparing this Tiger to a K1600 bagger.

Follow my threads, I don't hate BMW or not all of BMW, I dislike what BMW has become. Sorry, I can't cheer lead for them any longer I did for many years only to be disappointed. St.

Moderators

Omega man, why the insult? I thought you are a MODERATOR of this forum and should know better. Any regular member I can laugh off as a jerk but a Moderator, what gives? St.
