torque setting

I was looking in a BMW workshop manual for the torque setting for the generator armature bolt, and it states "2 mkp"
what the hell is 2 mkp?

Sounds like 'Kilopondmeter' 2mkp=14.47footpounds=19.61newtonmeters. Do these values seem right for the application?

My workshop manual also shows the mkp unit, but fortunately someone wrote "x 7.233". 1 mkp is 7.233 ft-lbs.
