Tell us your cop stories. Times they let you go, times they didn't, funny stops.

Thanks. I unpacked it from the crate at the dealership in ‘83, an have owned it since new. Did the setup and am the only one to lay a wrench to it. Now 136,000 on the clock. The photos are probably at 120,000 or so.

Very nice sir.

I've had a CDL since about 1991 and the last ticket i got on a bike was in 1986. Since 2010 i have ran a good radar detector with a mono earpiece which allows me to hear the alert instantly. It's always worked and i've never been pulled over while i was using it. It goes without saying that i am the guy who rides in front. I tell everyone riding with us that if you see me slow down suddenly for no apparent reason, best for you to slow down too. I think it frustrates the cops sometimes for a group of "fast " looking bikes to go past them at exactly the speed limit. LOL They've got to know. The Slipstreamer handlebar mount on all my bikes allow it to be switched easily from one to the other.
