Back in 2019, my wife was still working so she had to join me in Europe later in the trip. I spent a couple of weeks hauling her riding gear around with me...

Picture taken by me, at Old Faithful parking lot in Yellowstone, WY in 7/11/2008.
The picture below was taken a few days earlier at The North Rim of the Grand Canyon.
We rode 2 up and also camped for 10/11 days, while touring CO, UT, WY, MT and back to CO for 3,500+ miles. Bike had no problems with the load.

I would not do well in this competition When we rode two up and camped I did not like a big load.
