Well it IS the southeast in the summer. Forecast does not look too bad so long as the afternoons stay storm free.This is a little more encouraging. I'm more concerned about the humidity; I'll just have to keep moving...
I’ve never had an issue with bugs except 2 nights in Nova Scotia. I don’t camp and usually bugs are a nonissue in the populated areas.Any idea if bugs will be a problem?

Guess I have just been lucky. Ridden in all the lower 48 and never a real issue. They do seem to like the front of my bike thoughI live in a populated area, and Minnesota bugs are legendary.

Even up in Lake George NY at Americade where we always expect the black flies to get us it's only an issue out of town.
