Rear Fender Mounting Bracket

Someone makes a bracket that will mount to the existing holes in my rear fender. I want to mount a BMW roundel on my rear fender. Any help is appreciated.

You could search at McMaster Carr...lots of stuff but hard to narrow down. Or go to your favorite auto parts store...they have a DIY/help section...maybe you could find something that would do the trick.
