Are Appalachian Fairgrounds and Washington County Fairgrounds the same thing ?

But I have never hear them called that before.

The Appalachian Fairgrounds are in Washington County, TN.

Not to be confused with the National Rally of 2007, held at the Washington County Fairgrounds in West Bend, WI.

It appears so. On the Appalachian Fairgrounds website, the directions they have listed lead me to the "Washington County Fairgrounds" on google maps.
