Retired from riding
Uh-oh. I have been outed. Gone, but never forgotten.

I loved my RS, it took me all over the country, I still miss it
What did ya get? The new RS?

I wish I did, but no, I have not bought anything else. I am down to one bike.

When you're a connoisseur of fine CYCLES, an occasional "down period" is necessary until the proper machine comes along. If riding anything would do, then you wouldn't be considered someone that knows the finer aspects of life.......
Fixed to match my mood
If I don't take a day to ride southern Ohio before a buyer comes along, the red lightweight (with equally unconventional front suspension) will get more miles than the blue one this year.
Yup, that be me. I'm an x bicycle racer and still do about 400 miles a week through our mountains with our local club. Motorcycles have been with me for 50+ years and bicycles about 10 years longer than that. I can't remember any time in my life when I did not have a bicycle.

You and BC.....when are you two going to grow up and buy a real bikes; like a Hex Head, or a Cam Head, or a Wet Head? I mean really, you two are like four BMW generations behind. I know you both must want that new RS.

It's a model-centric, cross-border Bromance, as best I can tell...........
Oops! Make that 400 miles a month, not a week.....yikes!
I sense...jealousy!
You could buy an S, I suppose.
I'm too old, and too poor, to buy a new bike.
But will admit I'm rather drawn to...the new RS.
Perhaps I'll win the Lottery.
I'll stick with the adult-size model, thank you very much.
The additional HP is fun and the engine is smooth but, if you've upgraded the suspension on your "S", I doubt that you'll be overwhelmed with the new RS (beyond the electronic doo-dads and gee-gahs). But, that's just my most humble of opinions.
I wouldn't mind a few more ponies, but not for cost of new bike payments.
Not much on electronical doo-dads either...
I am rather partial to the RS in blue/white livery, but in actuality the bike really doesn't fit my riding world all that well. Health and other circumstances inhibit long range riding, time constraints mean most of my rides are pretty short. All in all, the R-nine-T would be my current choice. Should I happen to win the Lottery.
Cheers!
This is the oilhead picture thread, right? Why do I only see a Honda Grom?
