Picture posting

Post a picture and I'm all I'm getting is the embedded code on preview and submitting, no pic.

I went to an older post where I posted a picture, copied it's code and still nothing.

Not sure how you're doing it. If the pictures are somewhere else on the web, I've found it easy to drop in a picture by using

tags on either end of the URL where the picture is. Sites like flickr and smugmug have some built in tools to assist in that...I'm not very familiar with that. Then there's a way of embedding one picture per post using the Insert Image icon at the top of the posting dialog box.

Which method are you using?

Using Picasaweb through Google which I've been using for 2 years without a hitch. Give's you an embed code to copy and then you paste where ever.

Weird, now it's working.

If you are trying to upload a pic into a posting, be aware that you cannot preview the posting, or you will lose the pic.

The Just Ridin' thread was recently added...I wonder if there's an "issue" with it? I'll send a message to the mods.

I've been told that there should be no difference in posting pictures in Just Ridin' versus anywhere else. Picture size can be an issue, so make sure you're not violating those requirements.
