Welcome! I used to live in W. Seattle, and got my moto endorsement through a WMST near Seattle. Enjoy late spring trips around Mt Rainier!

Willkommen Steven of the PNW from the Tennessee River valley of NAL!

Good Luck getting used to that very large Dirt Bike! Bet you’ll find it a handy and versatile multi-functional Motorrad machine! Happy Trails {{Literally] when you’re able to eXplore in your off-time... :ha

Your next chance to visit a more localized MOA International Rally will be in June of 2027... :nod Keep those knobbies Down!

Thanks going is good so far. I bought it in Eugene, about 180 miles North of here and had a great ride all the way back on I5. Very much a solid cruiser like the FJR on good road. Have yet to take onto the gravel but new tires are being installed today (Dunlop Trailmax Mission) and I'm eager to try them out.

Been a while since I visited Ashland, is the Shakespeare Festival still as big as it was in the late 80's?

Welcome stephenc! Glad you are here. A pic or two is always appreciated and allows us to revel in your bike's magnificence.

This New_Members thread is for the whole of N. ‘Merica, Stephen! Don’t know how many New Members are reading from the Left Coast. Most visitors to this particular Forum thread will likely be attending the MOA International Rally in Tennessee that same weekend!

IMHO, U should make your query public in the West Coast Thread:

Enjoy your springtime eXcursions eXploring the PNW backroads on your splendid new Dunlap tyres! Having Good Tyres makes all the difference in the world!

Sláinte! HSV-Phil & HSV-Karen :drink

Any one here planning to attend Chief Joseph this year in June? I'm considering it.
Normally we’d be in attendance but we have a family reunion in IL that same weekend. CJ is a very good rally that we seldom miss. Well done and normally close to home. Go! You’ll enjoy it. Ride easy,
gp
