Greetings to all! New guy here from San Diego. I finally decided to take the leap of faith and get an 2024 GSA 1250. I just got it yesterday and joined MOA last night. I now find myself immersed in all things BMW, because of it. I had a 2020 Honda Africa Twin in which had taken me faithfully over 20,000 miles and on many adventures in Northern California, Utah and Arizona. But one thing that I was always disappointed with was the lacking fuel range after topping off. I am looking forward to longer rides without having to worry about fuel stops and consumption so much now. This is my first BMW bike and I think I will be very happy with it in the future. I relocated to SoCal last year (North San Diego county) and I am excited about my future rides.

You're gonna love that thing out in the hills around Ramona, my man. Greetings from a former San Diegan (Poway) now in wine country.

Willkommen Aviator; think you’ll be quite happy with your selection. You’ve joined just in time to get in on the annual Mileage Contest. It’s just fun to track your mileage from your beginnings with your New Beemer. I’m still owning & riding my first BMW from 1975. :brow

You’ll be needing to visit your dealer or get two MOA members to sign off on your beginning mileage form. Therefore, join your local SD BMW Club chapter...

Greetings Aviator. Welcome aboard.

Nice looking bike. You’re gonna like it. Let the Farckles begin. They are like adult Barbie Dolls. LOL

Hit me up if you want to go on a ride in No Co SD. I’m in Temecula. I’ve been planning a couple easy off road trips on Palomar and in Ramona

Greetings from Vermont! I grew up in La Jolla and as a kid rode dirt bikes (Bultaco and Hodaka) in the canyons that were filled in to create University City and Miramesa neighborhoods.
