New Connected Ride Glasses - Heads Up Display

Now motorcyclists will be able to tell the officer “but I just didn’t see him”.

I really enjoy technology that’s applied to solve a problem or make a task easier or safer, or outcomes better. But technology just for the sake of technology? No thanks!

Well I wear glasses and they do not appear to be designed for people who have strong prescriptions like me. So, it’s a no go for me.

I think once one got used to the data up at eye level, averting one's eyes even a little to look at a gps/phone would eventually be annoying.

Took me forever to get a 4G phone, I wasn't ready to use a phone for anything but a phone. Today, it's made life a lot easier, more efficient. I think I could learn to like this under certain driving conditions, but not have it up and running all the time either.

Only a matter of time before pilots HUD's came to glasses or helmets through bluetooth. The technology will advance.

I thought I had read a few years ago that at least one helmet manufacturer was working on introducing something similar for helmet visors, which if one were to have these features would be preferable than on one’s eye glasses.

This is a great review concerning a few of them:
