Need to find an airhead mechanic in Southern California

I just bought a 1991 R100GS PD. I live in Santa Barbara, California and am looking for a mechanic to help me keep my airhead running in top condition. I bought the bike up in Washington and will be riding it home next week.

I have a 2013 F800GSA and use the dealer in Ventura but would like to find a non dealer mechanic who is familiar with the older bikes.

Thanks,
Gary

Welcome aboard Gary. You are not quite as close to the middle of BMW-nowhere as I am.

They've done pretty good work for me in the past; Dan Organo (sp?) is the wrench. Definitely call ahead, they don't generally stock
BMW parts. If Dan has moved on (as mechanics are wont to do upon occassion) ask where he went.

Nothing "heavy" however. That goes up to Ted Porter in Scott's Valley.
