Nav V and Wonder Wheel

2017 RT - Purchased used NAV V, which functions just fine by itself however, WW doesn't want anything to do with it. Is there something to turn on for compatibility?

Clean the connectors on the mount and Nav.
Mine started to do that last year when I first took off. I would stop, take the Nav out and reinstall it, then take off.
When I did that the wonder wheel would start working.

Thanks Lee...a tad of alcohol cleaning and all works as it should.
