Marketplace Contact Problems

It appears that when you select Contact by the email icon on any Marketplace listing, the email does not get sent. I had someone call me, and he stated that he had used the Contact button, but I didn't get the email.

I see that my Contact count is at 1 for some of my gear listings, but I have never received emails.

Is that someone we can report this to?

Certainly, the MOA home office is the place to direct your questions/concerns.

Like Kurt says, contact the home office of the MOA. While they MIGHT see this thread, you are likely to get a lot faster response by going to the horses mouth, since the forum is somewhat separated from the rest of the MOA website... (This area is supposed to be for help with issues in the forum, not the MOA's website in general...)

Yeah, I’ve had the same issue several times. That is why in my listings I mention the problem and list my phone number and suggest any interested parties text me. I contacted BMW MOA several months agao about it and they were aware of the problem. I suppose it is not important enough to them to correct it. If memory serves me I think they indicated it related to @gmail accounts.
