Where to List a Tank Bag on the Marketplace?

Hey, I have two questions. I have a tank bag (Touratech's Expandable Touring Tank Bag ±$350 new) I used for only a few months and is in like new condition.

1.) My plan is to list it on the Marketplace. I did not see any tank bags currently listed on the Marketplace site, so should it be listed under Apparel & Gear or Parts & Accessories?

2.) How much of a discount off the list price new would most people expect?
