The ascycles site is an excellent source. However, the latest RT schedule they have is for 2005 to 2009 RTs which is designated as model "0388" at the top of the schedule sheet.
On a previous thread on this forum we figured out what those 4 digit codes mean by going to the official BMW website and (I think) looked under the download section. Here's a partial summary:
0388 - R 1200 RT (USA)
Nov. 2004 onward
Aug. 2005 onward
June 2006 onward
July 2007 onward
Feb. 2008 onward
0440 - R 1200 RT (USA)
June 2009 onward
April 2010 onward
Aug. 2011 onward
0480 - R 1200 GS Adventure (USA)
Sept. 2009 onward
Aug. 2011 onward
0397 - R 1200 GS Adventure (USA)
Jan. 2006 onward
June 2006 onward
July 2007 onward
0460 - R 1200 GS (USA)
Sept. 2009 onward
Aug. 2011 onward
I don't think it's a big deal and there's probably not much difference in the schedule for 0388 and the 0440 which is for the 2010 RT which the OP asked about.
I tried to attach Part 1 of the 0440 schedule but this forum won't let me since I already posted it at http://forums.bmwmoa.org/showthread.php?t=60128 in post #4. It is for 6000 miles to 60000 miles. I've attached Part 2 of the schedule to this post which is for 66000 to 120000 miles.
I continue to wonder why BMW doesn't include maintenance schedule information in the Owner's Manual.

2010+ R1200RT Maintenance Schedule info

I went to MAX BMW and asked the Service Manager for a copy of the 12K maintenance schedule for my 2010 1200RT. I gave him my VIN number and he printed one for me from the computer.
