Lebanon lodging

For those who attended the last rally in Lebanon: any comments on motels/lodging options in the area? Good, bad, non-starters??

Page 18... in this Rally Forum has most of 2019's Lebanon Hotel info. Not much there, and times change...
unless your ok with that Ecno Lodge that still hasn't been updated, likely even cleaned!
Go something built newer ( last 5 years) and/or the moderate/upscale properties and you should be ok.
Google Earth or satellite view as the final look-see for positioning & surroundings.
I sure don't expect anythings new at the actual nearby Interstate interchange nearby.
About 7-10 miles west had decent choices. Or Nashville.

We stayed there last time and don't remember anything bad. Nothing fancy, but it didn't matter because we were not there that much.
I picked the Quality Inn this time. Don't remember why, maybe it was cheaper.
When I made the reservation it was $85 plus tax. Probably higher now.

I just asked Debbie. She said it was not dirty or musty.

Here's the Motel thread from the 2019 Lebanon Rally.

Just looked online and the rates through the member site are cheaper than street prices but pretty ridiculous. $278/night at the Fairfield Inn. I can’t find my hotel costs from the last time I stayed there but I bet it was around $150/night. Hotels closer to Nashville are cheaper.

I have a schedule conflict so can’t make Lebanon and canceled my room at the Holiday Inn Express Mt. Juliet-Nashville, between Nashville and the rally site. 4 nights there was going to be around $475.00 for a two queen room, but I booked that as soon as the site was named; they may have gotten on the rate hike bandwagon by now. Might be worth checking, tho.
Good luck!
Best,
DeVern

I reserved a room at the Days Inn in Lebanon from Wednesday through Sunday. I used some of my Wyndham points to get a rate that worked out to $79/night. :)(y) Now I just need to decide if we're actually going to attend the rally.

Mt. Juliet is considerably cheaper and probably worth staying an extra few miles away. I was really surprised by how expensive the rooms are in Lebanon.

I have a double bed (Days Inn) in case anyone wants to split a room. It’s at 822 South Cumberland Street…about 2.5 miles from the campground. I got it for $95/night.

A small group of us (so far 6) are staying at the Sleep Inn Gallatin, TN. I usually don't stay at Sleep Inn's as they can be hit or miss but this one had good recent reviews and was $97 a night! Hampton Inn across the parking lot was $200/night. And it's walking distance to a few restaurants. Looks to be about 20 miles from the rally or 30 min.

I have a reservation at the Holiday Inn Express in Mt. Juliet, TN that I plan to cancel. I did a drive by last fall and it was in a very busy area surrounded by malls and no easy walking restaurants.

We're at a Hampton and it might be that one. I'm splitting a room with my brother. If you see bikes from California and Texas riding together, it's probably us. I'm easy to spot via my plate. :ha
