Is Vendor Contact Ahead of the Rally Possible?

I'm wondering if it's possible to contact one of the tire vendors (Motoz) to reserve a set of tires to be installed at the rally? One of the other rallies that I've been to (I think Billings) I was able to pre-arrange a set of tires for replacement at the rally.
