inspection sticker mount

Can anyone tell me where i can get a square plate to mount to the left fork for my inspection sticker? The sticker don't stick well to the forks and get lost. I see different pictures of bikes with them attached to a plate. I don't have access to a machine shop to get one made.

I'd say cruise the big box stores and see if you can find something that can be used. Or maybe a local scooter shop?
