I've posted a few pictures in the past (the one of the R1200RT by the Fontana Damn)...and just to save some time on the uploads you may want to try something like VSO image resizer at

www.vso-software.fr/products/image_resizer

It's free and works great even with VISTA...

My camera is a 10 megapixel and it has saved me a lot of time with the uploads etc....

Just a tip...can't beat the price either...!!!!

I downloaded it and tried it out. IT dropped a picture of a chicken down from 2,315,837 bytes from the original down to 133, 750 bytes. Not bad at all, Thanks again;)
