My clutch started slipping on my '02 R1150RT with 105,000 miles on Monday. I'm leaving on a trip in 2 weeks so thought I better get a clutch disk on order. Ordered the clutch disk on Monday afternoon from Beemer Boneyard and started the teardown to save some time. Received the disk on Thursday afternoon and installed. I found a couple of things I also needed and placed another order with Beemer Boneyard Friday evening. Saturday morning I realized I needed something else and replied to the email from customer service that I needed another part and could they hold the order. Then I thought it would be better to not hold up the 2nd order and placed a 3rd order. I then opened my email to tell them never mind and to my surprise I had an email asking what other part was needed, then confirmation email for the 2 orders and finally an email saying they saw the 2nd order and shipped them together and refunded my shipping costs for the 3rd order. I thought this was all above and beyond. It was my fault and I thought I would have to wait until Monday to call and straighten it all out. I normally wait until I've gone through everything and make one order but the short time frame had me worried about getting the absolutely necessary stuff in time. Much more relaxed now.
