Gerbing Customer Service

Or lack thereof.

These guys are the worst. Their products may be good but their customer service and technical support are non-existent. They do not reply to emails (support at gerbing dot com) and they do not answer their phones and voice messages - even when I tell them that I am ready to place an order.

Been a while. This page of a thread described the resolution to a repair and may provide some hints as to the heated gears lineage.

Contact Margaret at Gerbing’s. I have dealt with Gerbing’s several times since my first purchase in 2008; excellent service.

I've been dealing with Them for years with no problems getting repairs done for free. Last year I sent my 12 year old gloves in to get rewired & while they were there they offered me a very large discount on a new lighter glove & now I have two pairs.

Purchased from Warm and Safe a few months ago and I am very happy with their product.
