It's not hard to get the churn statistics you're looking for. I deliver this type of system analytics all the time...and offered to build this for MOA over 10 years ago.

I haven't changed *my* mind, Greg, since you and I haven't had a discussion about such an offer, but I would like to. As I'm sure you know, to develop a membership turnover baseline is going to require access to the gross membership data of comparable organizations, and it would be very interesting to hear your ideas about how this kind of a project could be developed. Give me a PM and we can begin there. Thanks.
