Very interesting. That certainly was a boxer engine, I wonder what he is using to power the 4-rotor version.

I have always thought the R1200 would make a fine aircraft engine. Use a belt drive to a propeller for reduction and avoid thrust loading the crankshaft. I makes more HP that the old Continental powered Cessna 150's I used to fly!
