Try this advice from Lee and see how it works out for you-

From the MOA Homepage click on "News"
Then "Owners News"
This will get you the current issue which is February right now.

Also, when you get to the page where November is showing, click on the folder icon at the top. You can get the latest issue there. Something of a glitch!
