Connected Ride App Issue

Has anyone else come across this issue? My phone's connected to the bike, but the connected ride app doesn't always record my ride? I know it's not the end of the world, but I do like to go back and see the ride route, lean angles, etc. My bike's software was updated in January, so it's most likely the most recent, and the connected ride app is the most recent.

I’ve got it set up to record my rides, but occasionally it doesn’t

I have noticed that if you don't verify that the app is connected when you start up the bike, it sometimes doesn't (I.e. - close the app, start the bike, may not connect until after you re-open the app.)

Mine skipped sections of my route last ride out. Not sure how/why that would happen.
