Connected App Settings - Metric vs. Standard

I've done some searching and not seeing this discussed.
I have a new-to-me 2021 R1250RT and just installed the Connected app. I'm trying to change the app settings from kph to mph, liters to gallons, Celsius to Fahrenheit, etc. When I save, it resets the app (this is required) but the settings don't stay. I've tried this 3 times.

What am I missing?

Edit:
I just answered my own question. You don't have to press the "reset app" button for these settings to stay changed. Just select the setting values you want. There is no "save" required. Maybe this will help someone else.

Ahh, yes, I think the "Reset App" button resets all those settings to the app's default (Celsius, KM, Bar, and liters...)

That is exactly what I was seeing - I was just misinterpreting what "Reset App" meant. It's working as it should.
