Back on a Boxer looking for some help

I had an 2004 R1100S and loved it.
I just purchased an 1999 R1100S and its pretty clean with 26K miles
I have serviced it but need to adjust the valves and sync the TB's
I used to have a procedure for both
Im looking for DIY how to's for that
