Airhead oversize brake rotors

Has anyone fitted the 285mm rotors, for use with later Brembo calipers, to a snowflake wheel that was originally fitted with the 260mm rotors? Four bolt vs Five bolt. I'd like to fit a 1992 front fork to a 1979 R100 and use the snowflake wheel. I know I will need to modify / bush the front axle.

And probably you'll need a different master cylinder and that means converting to bar-mounted master cylinder.

Have the bar mount master cylinder & triple clamps.
Looking for a source for 285 mm rotors for the snowflake wheel.
Trying to find out if EBC will sell the 285 mm rotors without the 4 wheel mount holes, so I can adapt to the 5 hole snowflake wheel mount.
