Speed Bleeders

You don't need them on the calipers either. Squeeze handle or lever, pump runs, open bleed screw, fluid flows, close bleeder, refill funnel, repeat until no air is visible coming thru.

Yes, I know: open, squeeze, close, let off, repeat... Been there done that a lot of times but switched to speed bleeders on the car and love them. A cheap convenience @ $7 each x3. Still have my old mason jar with brake fluid in it and the tubing been using to bleed brakes with 40+ years LOL!

No, its not the same. Brake bleeding on your servo-assisted brakes is a different animal.

I'm not sure you understand, the servo motor does the pumping, you simply squeeze the handle and hold. NO pumping. A lot of fluid moves thru FAST. If you are not careful you will empty the funnel and the reservoir.

Easing Brake line pain

I'm getting a headache...

I don't blame you a bit, me too. However, Unless I'm way off the mark, almost every bike with a similar system will need similar service and at close to the same interval. Hardly ever a free lunch and service will vary, but most BMW's get ridden a LOT farther before final demise. General tech stuff is a really fast improving area to play "catch up" with $$$ these days.
