I have a badly worn abused connector on the back of the standard 32amp alternator. There are two spades on the alternator, one about a 1/4 inch and the larger is almost a 1/2f inch. The existing connector holds both wires and pushes on. The connector does not appear to be available and I am wondering if anybody knows where to get a larger type female spade connector that would work on the bigger spade?????????????
Any help will be appreciated.
Little background. The original 32amp Alt failed and I replaced it with a 50amp which took the round connectors and so that is how I converted it. Then that alternator failed and I went back to the 32amp. I had saved the old original connector off the 32amp in the junk drawer but it was really rough and has not proven reliable, found loose wire on there today and it pulled right out when I touched it.
Any help will be appreciated.
