2024 RT radio/BMW Motorrad connected app

Is there a setting that will allow the radio to remain "off" until turned on? I've noticed that my radio is on every time I start the bike (which is annoying). I'm sure there is a setting I've missed somewhere. any suggestions?
Question #2:
After setting a destination in the app's navigation, why does the app require resetting the destination if you turn the bike off? Again, I'm sure I'm doing something wrong here. Yesterday I set my destination, and everytime I stopped the bike and disconnected the phone from the bike, the destination was gone and I had to re-enter the destination again. Is there a way for the destination to stay in the app and simply pause when the bike is stopped briefly?

Can't help on #1- I do not have the radio. But the destination should not require resetting if you just leave the app alone during the stop. Just minimize it or whatever and let it run in the background until you resume your ride.

I got a '24 RT also. My radio stays off until I turn it on.
