I don't see anything specific, but if you arrive before Thursday, you should expect to volunteer in some capacity. From the Rally FAQs page:

WHEN IS THE EARLIEST I CAN ARRIVE AT THE RALLY AND SET UP CAMP?

Anyone arriving prior to Thursday must be an identified volunteer with a rally committee and will be expected to volunteer for rally set-up duties. Rally set-up is a big effort and the set-up volunteers need an opportunity to get their work done in a timely fashion. Please give these volunteers a chance to get the rally ready before your arrival.

Not sure about that...I suppose there is a "too early" point. Hopefully someone from the Rally HQ will chime in.

I'm not "with" the Rally Staff. But there are volunteer "advertised" positions that begin tomorrow morning, Monday.
Some of the The Rally Staff are likely there today, Sunday afternoon, at the Event Center.
Somebody's gotta get the keys to the joint!

"IF" you show up tomorrow (Monday) or Tuesday, or are available Wednesday morning because of a Tuesday afternoon/eve arrival...

PLEASE HELP with the set-up by asking "what can I do" in conversation with a MOA Staff representative.

Don't expect a rally going on around you on Mon/Tue, and through Wednesday afternoon...
your hot shower and food may not be available.

And the port-oh-let's may be delivered at any time, and be put near your tent!
... and someone may even ask you to relocate your tent if it's necessary for various reasons.

The cost of the quest for the perfect location & shade tree.
