2004 R1150RT headlight and high beam out

Headlight bulb test good, when I unplug it there is power at the socket. When I plug it in the light dose not come on but the high beam indicator comes on. When I unplug it the high beam indicator goes off but when I hit the high beam switch the indicator comes on but no high beam. Any ideas?

Check the ground side of the circuit.
