BMW Navigator VI - installed life time map set

The included map will depend on where the Navigator is purchased, but I believe the current map for U.S. and Canada is Garmin's City Navigator North America NT 2020.2, which displays this area:
Mexico is shown in good detail (even more than shown here on the left), but I see that only main roads are shown anywhere south of the Mexico/Guatemala border(on the right):
