K1200RS Paint Color and Windshield

Hello all I am new member
I have a 2001 K1200RS and I want to paint the extra set of panniers does anyone know the color code for the yellow in the picture. Also does anyone know where I could get a taller windshield for it as well.

The color is Mandarin and it's darker than the earlier years that had the Taxi colors.
I'll see if the parts fiche has the color code.

The rubber guards on the bag lids are held on with double sided tape.
After painting the lids 3M molding tape works good to stick them back on.
 
Thanks everyone for the help I have a spare set of lids I want to paint so I can swap between the sets.
Any ideas where to find a taller windshield by chance as well. Thanks again.
