Easy DIY

I would but it's fairly easy to make. Rhonda bought all the components at lowes. The main component is a shelf brace $17 the hooks $3 the ball on top $8. Total $28ish. I mounted the shelf brace using dry wall screws, drilled holes for the hardware on the ball and hooks, stained, (let dry thoroughly to ensure no excess stain transfers to your helmet lining, I added a coat of clear coat also) it took a couple of hours. PM me or call if you need help. I'd be more than willing to talk you through it. I think my cell phone number is in profile info but in case it's not, 334-470-7770.

Note: I wanted to keep the gear climate controlled and clean; my motivation for bringing the gear in from the garage. The electronics and proximity to the wall outlet; also a major motivation for getting the schuberths mounted. All and all, well pleased with the project.

:laugh I can see me now, middle of the night, turn over half asleep ....& think it's the alien's come to get me...:blush

:rofl

Not a firefighter, did many a QRF mission during the surge of 06-07. Me and my battle rostered crew member were able to cross the wire outbound from trigger pull on the collective fully fueled and armed in about 8 minutes as memory serves.
