07 1200RT Front Turn Signal Installation

New member
I am trying to install a complete front right turn signal after removing the original
(in pieces - easy). Does the entire upper front end, including windshield, headlights, dash, etc., have to be removed for installation?
Thanks!

Remove the mirror and top trim. Should expose enough to figure out what to remove/replace.

Or I can stop by and show you what needs to be removed as I'm not that far from you to the North.

Start by taking off the dash part with the speaker covers, the windshield and side mirror covers. If you unscrew the front fairing and bring it forward just a little bit (i disconnected the headlight wiring harnass just in case) you can get to the two screws that hold in the turn signal housings.
