'03 F650GS cutting out while idling

I was out for a nice ride last week when we stopped for some snacks and a break. Upon starting back up to head out, the bike would idle for a few seconds, then just cut out. I'd start it up, idle, cut out. Start up give it some small amount of throttle and she'd keep running, ran fine all the way home.

I wasn't sure how much gas I had, so I filled up, but it cut out once after filling up...
