Quiet Camping to downtown Area

Just a quick Question. How do you get from the quiet camping area to the civic center. Previous posts say that it is a short walk about 4 blocks but the picture of the bridge on the website itself appears longer than that. I can also not tell for sure but it does not appear to be able to handle walking traffic either.

Is there another pedestrian bridge, or some other way of walking that is shorter or do we have to ride from the quiet camping area to the civic center as well.

I am trying to decide which camp area might work the best. Thanks in advance for a your reply.
