Removing blanking plug

"Just remove the plug" what you might not notice, working down there in the dark at arms length, is that there's a little catch you have to push in before the plug will come out. Kept me busy for half an hour, anyway!:dunno

James - You're certainly right about the minor difficulty in getting the plug out once you realize it's being held in by a little catch. I imagine that's there to keep it from vibrating out. Mine cable was fairly long and easy to see, but every RT is different. I now use that same circuit to power a USB plug on my left dash to which I connect my iPhone.

It has been a long Winter in Boston...cold until January, then snow (lots!) and cold until about a week ago. I'm ready for a trip on my RT for sure.
