Mid-South ride, eat, and meet

Similar to the pre Christmas weather here in Birmingham, AL Managed to take the RT our for a short ride this afternoon. Felt great!
Residing in the South in winter has its perks. We’re able to ride quite a bit thru the winter during the mild weather patterns we have. Now that that the daylight time is increasing a minute per day it just means more time to ride. I’ve had many enjoyable rides in Alabama. Merry Christmas my friend.

Well; it took a month to put up all the holiday decor. Every flat surface in the house, was loaded down with Santa’s, garlands, wreath’s, snow, decorated trees, elf’s, etc. Oh Boy.

Some of the stuff.

Got up this morning, turned on the boobtube to watch the current news on the California wildfires. Pretty much all sad.
Finally opened the door and looked out. Snow flurries.

Looks like a bit more than flurries there Barry. Probably pretty tough on the roads there.
Be safe.

Wow! That looks like a lot of snow for down there.

Looks like Central Virginia is going to get some snow tonight.

Glad it’s gone from the Mid-South, take care in Va. slushy snow turns ice when the temps go up to melt the ice then freeze overnight. Back and forth freeze, melt, freeze.

Back in the winter, it was cold ice and snow. Now in spring it’s endless storm fronts of hard rain, gusting winds with threats of tornados and marble size hail. Looks like the storm fronts are forecasted for several more days. Got the Weed and Feed broadcasted out to lawn. Time for a nice green lawn and some pleasant sun shine.
