Need help on my 15Rt with nav V, BMW Bluetooth and iPhone 6. It has decided I cannot hear calls made
They hear me though. Radio and intercom work perfect. Re-paired phone and nav and helmet and nav, I gotta be missing something!

I do not have an iPhone, but I am wondering if you are listening to music from the phone when the problem arises?

On my Samsung S5, there is a Bluetooth settings page with a few switches for linking audio, etc. Maybe a similar thing for you?

Sorry, best I can do.

Haven't any music on phone, BMW tech is going to help me soon, gotta be something I did

Might be volume control?

When you said BMW Bluetooth, did you mean the communicator that fits into a Schuberth helmet?

If so, I believe the multiwheel controls volume (does not with my G9). You might get on a call and rotate the wheel to see if the volume increases. Might need to check the manual for exact procedure.

And / or, increase the volume of the iPhone to max. Should not affect the volume sent over Bluetooth, just the speaker, but I did have low volume from a Nano iPod over Bluetooth, a situation that I could never fix... .
