slow refund.......

Bought a scooter back in June while the MOA refund ($250) was in affect. Still haven't heard anything from BMW NA nor have I received the Roadside assistance card that has been with past purchases. Dealer said things are slow coming in but that was awhile back. Anyone else had this delay when buying new bikes or scooters?
