Sena SRL in Neotoc II - Voice Command Problems

I'm losing the voice command function. The intercom talks to me and I can give it voice commands and then the voice command doesn't work. This seems to be a random problem, but an irritating one. I usually ask for the radio or speed dial using voice command. When the unit doesn't respond to the radio command, for example, I can still control the radio with buttons.

Anyone else having this problem with voice command? Anyone have a solution?

Good luck.
I've had the same exact set up for a few years.
Have tried everything including resets, etc.
Finally got a handlebar remote control because I can't operate buttons on helmet with gloves on.
