Lost Bag on I80

Rookie mistake. Had a green sea lion bag strapped (at least not bungieed) on my GS, and lost somewhere between the Penn State exit and Ohio. I'm thinking before Mercer headed west. Only clothes, but MOA shirt was lost. Any one see it?

I came over I-80 to the Mercer exit from 9:00am to noon and did not see anything like that along the way....
