So in fact they have no 420 day, ever. That makes it their problem.

When I was running housing at the U of AK Fairbanks we did not have a room 420 in any of our dorms. The room numbers would be quickly stolen and the occupants harassed by students.

I occasionally volunteer to feed the homeless and drug usage is a big contributor to their situation in life. Like alcohol, it can be a slippery slope for some and usage of any recreational drug probably should not be taken lightly.
